A few things to keep in mind before your dog's visit.
Severe matting can pull on the skin and cause pain, so it can't be brushed out. Badly matted dogs will need a short, all-over clip for their comfort and safety. Final pricing will be confirmed at drop-off based on the groomer's assessment of your dog's height, weight, breed and coat condition.
We love every dog, but safety comes first for your pet and our groomers. Dogs showing aggressive behaviour may need to be muzzled, have grooming stopped early, or be declined for future bookings.
All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Proof may be requested at drop-off.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals will incur a fee.
Please let us know of any health issues, injuries, or sensitivities beforehand. Senior or unwell dogs may need a modified groom.
Dogs must be collected within 30 minutes of the finish time. Late pick-ups may incur a waiting fee.
All prices are "from" and subject to inspection on arrival. Final cost depends on your dog's size, coat condition and breed. Cash is always welcome. Pensioners receive 15% off all grooming services, just show your concession card at drop-off.
